Welcome to Creative Hotline, operated by Rad Animal LLC (\"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\"). By accessing or using our SMS-based creative services (\"Service\"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (\"Terms\"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Creative Hotline is a creative consulting service that provides creative consultation, feedback, and inspiration. By texting our designated phone number or booking through our website, you may opt in to receive messages related to creative services, booking confirmations, session reminders, and follow-up communications.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. SMS/MMS Messaging Terms

By texting our phone number (1-413-767-4332), submitting your phone number through our website at thecreativehotline.com, or providing your phone number during booking at calendly.com/soscreativehotline, you consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS messages from Creative Hotline (Rad Animal LLC).

• Message types: Booking confirmations, session reminders, creative strategy follow-ups, and service information.
• Message frequency: Varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on your engagement.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: You can opt out at any time by texting STOP to 1-413-767-4332.
• Help: Text HELP to 1-413-767-4332 or email hello@thecreativehotline.com for assistance.
• Opt-in keywords: Text INFO, BOOK, DEALS, JOIN, HOTLINE, or START to opt in.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• Compatible carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major US carriers.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to send content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate your access at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, ideas, and materials shared during consulting sessions remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Any deliverables, action plans, or creative direction provided by Creative Hotline are for your personal or business use only and may not be resold or redistributed without written consent.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Package credits must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

Creative Hotline provides creative consulting advice and direction. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from the implementation of any advice or strategy discussed during sessions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
